"i wash my hair every 3 days" is that mean that u didnt have your hair on water when u r taking shower, or u didnt shampoo it but u still wet it when taking shower ? And when you said not washing your hair, do you at least rinse with water or no water contact at all? Please reply! :(. Water won't cause acne, so feel free to rinse; you can in fact wash your hair as often as you feel necessary. For me personally, washing every 3 days or so worked great. I just started a new job and my hair is getting dirty and sweaty most days. I have started washing my hair as I feel is required. I would recommend not washing every day though. Hope this helps and Cheers!First off, great video! But one question, if you wash your hair once every 3 days, wouldn't your hair be very oily or dirty ? :(. The tags in my cases are faded beyond recognition but I believe they are polyester. Look for satin and or polyester. Hope that helps! cheers! Wow man this is the worst.. Ive had this for around 4 years!! Ive spent over 500 on jus products and doctors and nothings worked.. So painful to sleep on my pillow and wen i wake up theyll be blood spots over the pillow from the spots.. Im gonna try this and hope it works!!! Cant find the shampoo in stores so i gotta order it online as i live in uk.. Thanks.
Hey bro thank you thank you for this video... The shampoo works man the next day I felt and saw the difference today is day four no more pimples or soreness again thank you for this video. Hey dean i found the shampoo at a nearby drugstore. My last hope. If this dosent work, im going to the dermatologist. Ill keep ya posted. Give it a couple of weeks! And I would start with washing every 2-3 days or so. After a couple of weeks you should have an idea of if the shampoo is helping you. At that point, if you're having any pain in your scalp throw in one of the pillow cases as well. Cheers!hey, is that okay for my daughter? she is only 2 years old.. and she has a pimples in his head,, i dont know what to do? i am afraid because she is still young to use a chemical.. please help me.. thanks.. My thoughts on the causality of scalp acne are that it starts when you develop a sensitivity to the detergents found in shampoo. None the less I would say google "david suzuki no poo natural" for a good natural recipe. Though I wouldn't be surprised if it's just an isolated incident. Cheers!
But I still have this acne problem on my scalp and my hair is unhealthy and thin than before. As I am a girl, it is essential for me to have sufficient hair but the situation is miserable because of long term acne problem and hair falling. I feel the portion of hair which I loose everyday is not growing in the same amount. So It feels that my scalp is empty in some areas as my front side. I really wish to try this recommended shampoo to see if i can get rid of this problem completely. I wish so! I would do some more research into what you're eating. Particularly spicy food and hair loss. It really wouldn't surprise me if there was some sort of connection. But keep in mind whatever you search for on the internet you will most certainly find. If you can't find an organic shampoo at any retail stores near you, I would suggest that you try and make one yourself. Video coming soon. Cheers! I noticed that when I stopped eating too much oily and spicy foods, my acne and hair fall problem reduced. I started drinking enough water, milk, fruit juice every single day. I also added lots of vegetables and fruits in my meal like salads and other stuffs. I washed my hair almost everyday. It is important to dry your hair properly when you wash because acne is very itchy and dandruff will start coming too if hair/scalp is not properly dried out.
I am suffering from this acne problem from 10 years.I feel that how unlucky i am. I am from Bangladesh,so we use to live on heavy oily and spicy foods.when I experienced two years abroad life,I noticed that my acne problem was little less because of not having too much spicy and oily foods. So my acne and hair falling started decreasing. I lost huge amount of hair in last 10 years.Front side of my scalp is very clearly visible and when my hair is wet,it's totally feels that i can count my hair!! Using chemichal products will make the things worse go for natural products only. I am giving you a link to a product which worked for. Go here ACNENOMORE.SEXYI.AM Hit Thumbs Up If Helped.I like you, great video! Jason shampoo is the best and I wash my hair every 4 or 5 days. I don't go anywhere I am at home most of the time and my hair is the best condition its ever been. If I am going out every day then once every 3 days and I always use on quarter size dalop of antifrizz in my hair or Silk protien. I use to get pimples and they hurt, one shampoo I can not use is pantene & vo5 and finesse all give me pimples. stay simple low lather. wash hair twice and then condition the ends. Thank you very much, Glad you liked it! I am glad to finally see a comment seconding my experience with Jason shampoo; great stuff!!! Cheers! Yes! It sucks!!! Especially the bumps!! Some pop and some dont. And then afyer attempting to pop it,it becomes irritating and painful! And then there are the micro size ones that pop no problem and they all gather in one area like a flock lol. Thanks man. Im gonna give the jason shampoo a shot and try out the pillow case too. Cause ive wondered if its the pillow case problem because its the section of my head where i lay on the pillow. No problem and yea if I do remember I had most of mine on the top of my crown and towards the back as well. I do remember some being more towards the front of my scalp but they were less common. I would definitely buy a pillow case or two as well as they are only a few dollars each. If you're experiencing scalp pain in the area around the pimples you should find some relief as soon as you switch pillow cases; that was my experience at least. Cheers! Hey dean, were the bumps and pimples on just like the back area of your scalp? Thats where most of them are on mine. Doxycycline knocks em out completely but they told me i cant take em all the time. But yeah, i have the very small pimples from the bumps that have like the milky to clear pus. And some bumps that dont pop at all hope to hear from ya. Thanks.
Pird, Yea I remember reading about doxycycline and other antibiotics. They are supposedly the best way to get rid of any and all pimples. But unfortunately they can't be taken all of the time as you stated. And should only be used for extreme cases of acne. But hey man, for now try a natural shampoo such as the one I mentioned or do some research and find some others. Re-evaluate your situation a month after starting the new shampoo. Cheers.
im 22 years old, i have the same problem as you for 3 years now. Im about to try your recommended shampoo. Hope it helps. Could you provide me with your email address so that I can email you my questions? Would really appreciate your help. Thank you :). Continue... When I get more pimples on scalp. Eating spicy food, when I am angry, when I am tense / worry about things. Guys it's not worst health issues like cancer but its worry that you may loose your hair. You gotta try different -2 things to get rid of this problem.never give up.good luck.
Same here..I think I am suffering from this acne problem from 10 years or something..I hate to deal with this problem and everyday i feel that how unlucky i am. I am from Bangladesh which is one of the Asian countries, so we use to live on heavy oily and spicy foods. when I experienced with two years abroad life, I noticed that my acne problem was little less because of not having too much spicy and oily foods. So my acne and hair falling started decreasing. Hi guys I have this problem from last 8 years now. I used to get very angry type, puss pimples but these days not that bad. I have been to so many different doctors in last 8 years just for this problem ( all dermatologist doctor ). No one ever gave me a permanent solution. But I would like to share what helps most and when you get more pimple on your scalp What works for Shampoo - sabitar shampoo Doxycycline anti biotic Try to keep my hair dry, no wax. Novasone lotion-mometasone furodat. can u please tell me what should i do because i have a lot of pimples on my scalp and they won't go away please help i have this problem almost 2 year. Ugh thank you so much I have been struggling with this for about 2 years now its so painful! crunched on money and such too so i believe this will really help me Can't wait to try this stuff, because i've tried like everything if this dont work im scalping myself lol. Awesome video! It's weird though, in my case, if I only wash my hair once every 3 days, I will actually breakout at the back side of my scalp (always the same spot, and it's just 1 acne.. weird!) My mom used to tell me that silk/silk-like fabric pillow cases help & it really did. Also, I'm gonna try that Jason Restorative Biotin Shampoo. Thanks for the recommendation! Glad to hear it! For me, every third day is best as my scalp is very sensitive to SLS, but do what ever works best for you! Give a natural shampoo a try; in the video i was very specific about the shampoo, but in reality there are many different natural/organic shampoos which will work. My personal favourite was the biotin. Cheers.
Hey, i'm doing exactly what you said in this video, just wanted to know how long does it take for it to show a difference?
hello. i hv the scalp acne since i was 13 or 14 years old cant remember and now im 22. i really hate it and it make me bald! my hair getting thinner n thinner. so u saying that we should use shampoo once for every 3days? i think my hair gonna be so oily then. and whats the shampoo that u r using?
I could't tell you, I use hair spray haha. But I can say to check the ingredients; make sure there are no sodium sulfates in it. I would assume there are not, but just give it a check anyways. Cheers! Try a natural shampoo, specifically you're looking for something that doesn't contain sodium lauryl sulfate or other powerful chemicals. Hope this helps.thnx god XD !!! the docters said that it just shit in my head XD but its true but i have one q is hair falling have anything 2 do with that killer skalp pain??? cuz ma hair falling alot in every sore point in my scalp :O. I don't know if it's directly related. But I can say that I experienced hair loss when I had this problem. I really hope these items help you like they did me. I remember the pain and soreness; I empathize for anyone with this problem. If you have the painful scalp, Please don't overlook the pillowcase... you should literally notice almost an overnight difference in the feeling of your scalp. I would like to mention that you should be eating a healthy/ nutritional diet, It will help hair loss.Good video.. I have a few pimples on my head too but I think its mostly from me scratching my scalp so much "so dry" :S.. I really want to try that Jason Biotin shampoo.. I'm wondering when you wash your hair do you notice a lot of strands coming out of your scalp? because when I was my hair I notice like 150-200 strands I dunno if that's normal or not? lol. Thanks, I hope it helps you out. It's normal to lose some hair when washing and drying, but I would think 150-200 strands is on the high end? :S Try the "Jason natural biotin" shampoo out, or another equivalent natural shampoo. I was having a similar problem when I had scalp acne. I haven't noticed significant hair loss in a long time now. My hair feels thicker now than it has for the past 3 years. Good luck, and share your results after a few weeks. Cheers! Thanks Man! You got me at "Ditch that S.hit!".. I even ordered the Zincplex stuff advertised prominently on the internet to try and solve my scalp acne problem but pretty much I get irritated and break out after every wash (Twice a week for me). I'll have to give the Jason stuff a try. I have never heard of zincplex, I tried looking it up but I couldn't find a complete ingredients list. Give it a few weeks to see if it works on it's own and if not try the Jason stuff out. Best of Luck!!! Cheers! Thank you for this. I'm wondering though, if I only wash my hair every three days does it smell bad?
Hope it helps! I would follow the 3 day rule until the pimples are gone. Of course, You can wash your hair more often if necessary. Keep in mind that your scalp is most likely very sensitive to the chemicals found in shampoo. Your question Made me remember how smelly and oily my scalp was when I had the pimples. I had completely forgotten. So to add to my video; I no longer have the pimples and my scalp doesn't produce smelly oils anymore. I continue to wash every 3days and I smell fine. Cheers!
